WINNIPEG —; Manitoba’s three party leaders kicked off their election campaign Monday morning, discussing key issues facing our province.

NDP leader Greg Selinger, Liberal leader Rana Bokhari, and Progressive Conservative leader Brian Pallister, took to the microphone to debate issues such as infrastructure spending, the future of Manitoba Hydro and a solution to the province’s long emergency room wait times.
